These spacers can also be designed differently. Have different finishes like brush or matt finish or wire wrapped around. Of course, can be made with a metal of your choice, (9kt, 14kt, 18kt in white, yellow, or rose gold, and silver of course). 

Since it is unisex, I, Aviva, recommend it for a men’s gift. I find it very difficult to buy gifts for men, and I feel that this is a very different item to give to your loved one.
