This scorpion brooch is made of 18 karat yellow gold and has sapphires, diamonds and 2 little rubies for eyes. The diamonds are a total of 0.18 carats, the sapphires total at 1.80 carats. It measures 37 mm or 1.45 inches from tail to claws and about 16 mm or 0.62 inches wide.
